1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Domestic Shipping (Within the USA and its Territories)

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

International Shipping

Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs, location, and local carriers.

Please note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather issues, customs clearance, or courier delays.

 

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product weight, destination, and shipping method.

Free shipping may be offered during promotions or when order minimums are met.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

A shipping confirmation email, and

A tracking number to monitor your package in real-time.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 days, contact us.

 

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

Packages delivered to the wrong address entered by the customer

Failed deliveries due to missing or incorrect address information

 

If a package is returned to us, we can re-ship it for an additional shipping fee.

 

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

2. Provide your order number and photo/video evidence (if damaged)

 

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as fast as possible.

 

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

These charges are:

Not included in our product or shipping prices
